Mrudula Deshpande, MD
I did my Pediatric residency in Austin and have been in private PEDIATRIC practice since then for more than 30 years and am also seeing my second generation of patients. I hold a belief that an elegant preventive healthcare translates into healthy outcome for all kids. My practice strives to fulfil my belief in every possible way. From neonatal bed to the cradle and all the way through the teen years, I strive to nurture the healthful well-being of all my patients every step of the way. I aim to help parents gain clarity and eliminate fear when making decisions for their children.
It is my pleasure and loving responsibility to care for newborns at all the hospitals in the Greater Austin Metropolitan Area. I am committed to lifelong learning. I always keep myself up to date on pediatric education by studying most pediatric publications & attending more Continuing Medical Education (CME) than anyone can imagine. It is my honor to be chosen to serve on the CME Committee of the network wide St. David’s Hospitals & the Greater Austin Pediatric Society. I love teaching, training and supervising medical students and volunteer to do that

Our incredibly dedicated office personnel help with the quality of care and service that we can provide you and your family. Me and all my staff are parents ourselves and we treat your children like ours. We are honored that you have chosen us as your child’s primary medical provider. We strive to be understanding and available to the families 24/7.
Your child’s health is as important to me and my staff as it is to you! I am always one phone call away from my patients. I have even answered phone calls while on a holiday cruise in a different continent.

Kayla Dombrowski
Kayla Dombrowski is our Administrative Medical Assistant. She did her externship in our office and started working here after that. Kayla is efficient and trustworthy on her wisdom with Insurance acumen & flawless financials. Kayla has worked for seven years and counting. Kayla loves it here so much; she brings her immediate and extended family here to get their pediatric care!
Paola Villatoro Watts
Paola Villatoro Watts is the friendly face that you have been seeing as you enter Dr. Deshpande’s office. Paola has been a patient herself at Dr. Deshpande’s office since she was a child. Having been on either side of the equation, Paola understands the needs of patients and the anxieties of parents well. Paola continues to be extremely helpful for over more than 15 years, giving her heart & soul to patients and does everything right from scheduling patients to all the care they need. Paola knows all of the patients and their families and greets everyone warmly. She always has a smile and makes the patient experience a comforting one!
Eddielyn Porazo
Eddielyn Porazo is one of our Medical Assistants. She is the one who does a great job of keeping up with vaccines for the office & keeps the office super clean!
